Microscope Measuring Reticles

Microscope reticles are used for making measurements with the microscope. You can learn more about how to accurately make measurements and calibrate your eyepiece reticle with a stage micrometer here. In order to place a reticle in your eyepiece you need to ensure that your microscope eyepiece has a retaining ring to hold the reticle in place. You also will need to determine what diameter (mm) reticle you need. If you have questions about this process please give us a call and we will be happy to help you.
